Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your ALT/SKY order. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Once the original item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be sent out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@altskyapparel.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn items
- Washed items
- Items not in original condition
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
